Haussier$ETH 今天这根有点狠：ETF一天跑2亿，TomLee又说“快买完了”
ETH今天最低砸到2535，24H跌了4%左右。
这波我觉得不能只看K线，外面几件事刚好撞一起了。
🌍 先是大环境。
Brent原油又顶到100美元上方，美国10年期国债收益率冲到5.28%左右，美元也在走强。
这种组合一出来，BTC、ETH这种高波动资产基本都不好受。
💸 然后是ETF。
10月1日：-5540万美元
10月2日：-3740万美元
10月5日：-5080万美元
10月6日：-2.019亿美元
四个交易日加起来，ETH现货ETF差不多流出3.46亿美元。
尤其10月6日这一笔，单日直接跑了2亿。
🐋 偏偏这时候，市场最大的ETH买家之一又出来说话了。
BitMine现在已经拿了大约601.6万枚ETH，占ETH总供应量约4.9%。
Tom Lee昨天在Token2049说得很直接：
做到5%以后，就不继续买了。
现在离目标大概还差10万枚ETH。
这条我觉得比普通“机构增持”重要。
因为BitMine这段时间一直是市场里非常稳定的大买家。
真到5%停手，相当于少了一个长期接货的人。
不过它手里的ETH也不是躺着。
📌 目前约506.7万枚ETH已经拿去质押，按官方披露，占它全部ETH持仓的84%左右。
🧱 技术这边倒没停。
Glamsterdam已经在10月6日正式激活Sepolia测试网。
这次重点包括ePBS、Block-level Access Lists，还有Gas定价机制继续改，核心还是给L1扩吞吐。主网上线时间还没定。
再看合约筹码，就更拧巴了。

普通账户多头：77.2%
大户持仓多头：61.4%

人头上，七成多都在做多。
但价格一路砸，主动卖盘还在压，资金费率甚至是负的。
说白了就是：
想抄底的人很多。

什么时候该加杠杆？

真正值得提高进攻性的阶段，通常具备几个条件：
① 大级别机会出现
② 市场波动率足够低
③ 盘面结构足够清晰
④ 右侧确认已经完成
而现在这种一波上涨之后进入休息、震荡阶段的行情，最重要的不是继续提高杠杆，而是：
控制杠杆，控制仓位，耐心等待下一次机会。
机会来了再进攻，机会没来就防守。
交易不是比谁更激进，
而是比谁能在机会出现时有足够的子弹。
控制风险，才能活得更久；
活得够久，才能吃到真正的大行情。

$BTC remains the market’s reference point after a strong September, with CoinGecko recording an October 5 close around $85,771. The key question is whether buying momentum can continue.
For $ETH, the focus is on its upcoming testnet and the path toward the next mainnet upgrade.
SOL and BNB are also approaching ecosystem and technical milestones, but announcements alone won’t guarantee sustained demand.
