Michael Burry just dropped a cold take this morning:

"The stock market is quite obviously in its first stage of grief, denial. Per 2000 and 2008, this stage lasts 6-9 months."

Burry's calling it—markets are in denial right now. If history repeats like 2000 and 2008, we're looking at 6-9 months of this phase before reality sets in.

Not saying he's always right, but the man has a track record of seeing things others miss. Worth watching how this plays out over the next few quarters.
