NASDAQ-listed Strive (ASST) filed in its Oct 5 SEC 8-K that it purchased 2,000 $BTC for ∌$169M between Sept 28 - Oct 2 at an average of *$84,422 per BTC*. Fees included.

It’s biggest purchase since June when it bought 2,500 BTC, and its 3rd largest overall.

Metrics:
- Holdings: 29,462 BTC (∌$2.55B)*
- Funding: 61.5% through SATA preferred stock and $56.7M via warrant exercises
- Q3 total purchases: 8,137 BTC at average of $78,885
- Cash Balance: $284.7M; no debt
- YTD BTC Yield: 63.2%
- Amplification Ratio: 55.3%; aiming for above 60% while BTC is <$100K

Battle To Top:
Strive is now only 6,115 BTC behind MARA (35,577 BTC) in 4th place for largest public treasuries. For perspective, Strategy bought only 334 BTC ($28.7M) for the week. Strive outsniped Strategy 6-to-1!
