Onchain:
• Arc & RH went radio silent. Faded.
• BSC hasn't pumped a real alpha in weeks. Last few calls? Straight to zero.

Spot:
• $NEAR $UNI and other majors stuck in correction mode
• Only $QNT holding structure. Everything else is either low-float casino coins or bots grinding with zero volume

TL;DR:
$BTC chopping = liquidity drying up across onchain + spot. Going defensive. Will reassess post-holiday to see if flows return.
