AI running directly on a phone is becoming more interesting.

Acurast’s Model One is showing what this could look like by running a live game of Snake entirely on a single device.

No human player.
No data center.
Just the phone handling the compute.

The demo is simple, but the idea behind it is bigger.

If everyday devices can contribute compute, AI infrastructure could become much more distributed instead of relying only on large server farms.

It’s still early, but seeing decentralized AI demonstrated through something this simple makes the concept much easier to understand.
