$ETH co-founder Vitalik Buterin has outlined a vision for Ethereum to become more like a âcryptographic world computerâ â using advanced cryptographic proofs so computers can process work without every participant having to repeat all the calculations. The plan includes recursive STARKs, stronger privacy, formal verification, faster block times and quantum-safe technology.
