📊 Crypto Market Review - Oct 1, 2026 | Q4 Starts Cautious*

Q4 is here but the market is still waiting for a breakout.

*Market Snapshot:*
Total Market Cap: $2.96T (+0.2%)
BTC: $83,500 - $83,700 range [Support $82k - $82.5k / Resistance $85.5k - $87.4k]
ETH: ∌$2,690 (+0.4%) | BNB ∌$770 | SOL ∌$118
Fear & Greed: 71 (Greed)

*What happened?*
Bitcoin briefly pumped above $85,500 after soft US PCE data (3.4% YoY vs 3.7% expected). Core PCE at 3.0% cooled rate-hike fears. But rally faded as US 10Y Treasury yield hit 5.3%, highest since 2002.

On-chain data shows leverage is cooling. Bitcoin futures open interest at ∌625k BTC - lowest since January. Spot demand also softened - down 170k BTC in 30 days.

*ETF Flows:*
Mixed this week. Last week was huge: +$2.4B into BTC spot ETFs and record $188M into SOL ETFs. This week so far only $123M. Next move depends on REAL spot demand, not just futures.

*Altcoins Watch:*
NEAR was the star today +10.5% with $1.5B volume. MOVR +78% was top gainer. Large caps mostly flat.

*My Take:*
We are stuck between good inflation news and bad bond yields. Don't chase green candles. Citi just raised BTC target back to $113K, but market needs US jobs data to decide next direction.

Accumulation zone is still $82k - $83k. Break below $82k = $78k possible.
