But the signal-to-noise ratio on social media keeps getting worse — more AI slop, more repetition, more nonsense.

So I'm being more selective. Quality over quantity.

If I've already said it, I'm not saying it again just to fill the feed. If it's not adding signal, I'm not posting it.
