📊 $BTC Liquidation Heatmap Breakdown | My Point of View

Looking at the 15m Binance BTC/USDT Perpetual liquidation heatmap, market makers are sitting on massive pools of liquidity on both sides.

Here’s how I’m reading this chart right now:

1️⃣ Lower Liquidity Magnet ($76,000 – $82,000):
Notice that intense, bright red-and-yellow cluster building up right under the current price level. Heavy long positions are stacked here. Since price naturally acts like a liquidity-seeking missile, a sharp sweep downward into this dense liquidity zone to flush out over-leveraged longs is a very high probability move.

2️⃣ Upper Overhead Targets ($85,000 – $87,500+):
We also have a distinct cyan/blue band of high-leverage short liquidations sitting near the recent local peak around $87.3k. If bulls manage to defend the immediate support or after a lower liquidity grab, this upper zone remains the primary magnet on any squeeze.

💡 My Strategy:
Trading right in the middle of this zone is a chop trap. I’m avoiding high leverage here and waiting patiently for price to sweep into one of these extreme liquidity pools before looking for a high-confluence entry.
