$QNT Can Reach $500 Soon? Not Me… The Data Says Something Interesting 🙀
Guys, after a move this big, I'm not focused on guessing the next top. I want to see whether buyers are actually holding the structure after the first major profit-taking.
QNT reached around $374, dropped hard, but instead of completely collapsing, it recovered back toward that previous top zone. That's what makes the current structure interesting.
Derivatives aren't clean bearish: shorts are ~53%, funding is around -0.0096%, while OI remains elevated near 180K $QNT . Futures CVD is strongly positive and spot CVD is still rising. Orderbook delta is mixed, but larger trader positioning is still slightly long. Liquidation liquidity sits around $293-$300 and $300-$310 above, with $273-$275 and $260-$265 below.
Volume Profile has a major node around $247.5, while VWAP is near $285. So I want to see how price reacts around $273-$285 instead of chasing here.
And yes, we've already covered the Clearing House + Quant event, and a large part of that catalyst is likely priced in. But the interesting part is that after the huge repricing, QNT didn't simply collapse. It recovered toward the $374 zone.
