Something interesting is happening in the market right now.
Bitcoin dominance is sitting around 58â59%, while the Altcoin Season Index has climbed toward the 60 area. More importantly, altcoin trading activity has started to increase and several major altcoins are already outperforming BTC.
But thereâs one problem. Weâre still below the 75 level generally used to confirm a real Altcoin Season. So for me, this is not the moment to say âALTSEASON IS HERE.â Instead, Iâm watching the rotation.
If BTC dominance continues to fall, ETH keeps gaining strength and more altcoins start outperforming Bitcoin, we could see the market move into a much broader altcoin phase.
The setup is getting interesting. But the confirmation hasnât arrived yet.
