Bitcoin’s supply is mathematically capped at 21 million coins. No central authority can simply create more. That scarcity remains one of the foundations of Bitcoin’s value proposition.

2ïžâƒŁ FROM CRYPTO ASSET TO MACRO ASSET

Spot ETFs, institutional participation and corporate treasury adoption have pushed Bitcoin deeper into traditional finance. Its liquidity and market presence now extend far beyond the early crypto ecosystem.

3ïžâƒŁ BTC SETS THE MARKET TEMPO

When Bitcoin moves aggressively, the rest of the market feels it.

That’s why I rarely look at an altcoin chart in isolation.

Before taking an altcoin setup, I watch:

BTC trend → BTC momentum → BTC.D → liquidity → market structure

If Bitcoin breaks down, even the strongest-looking altcoin setup can turn into a trap.

4ïžâƒŁ BATTLE-TESTED SECURITY

Bitcoin’s proof-of-work network and global mining infrastructure have made it one of the most established and battle-tested networks in the crypto market.

đŸ”„ MY PERSONAL MARKET OBSERVATION

After watching crypto markets cycle through fear, euphoria, leverage and liquidation, one pattern keeps standing out to me:

When Bitcoin is strong, the market gets opportunities.

When Bitcoin becomes unstable, the market gets punished.

Altcoins can deliver explosive moves, but Bitcoin is usually where I look first to understand whether the broader market environment is actually healthy.

I’ve learned that chasing an altcoin simply because it is pumping is very different from trading with the market structure.

For me, the process is simple:

First, understand BTC.

Then understand liquidity.

Then look for the opportunity.

I don’t need to predict every Bitcoin move.

I need to respect the trend, identify the important levels, manage risk, and wait for confirmation.

₿ Bitcoin doesn’t need to chase the market. The market reacts to Bitcoin.

That’s why, in my view, $BTC remains the asset I watch before everything else.
