Aave founder Stani Kulechov just dropped that they’re considering adding a token burn mechanism into Aavenomics 3.0.
Currently:
• Protocol revenue is used for AAVE buybacks
• Bought tokens go to the Ecosystem Reserve (can still be reused)
A burn would be different → permanent supply reduction.
No official proposal yet. No amount confirmed. Still just “considering.”
But the market clearly likes the direction.
