A major security breach has hit D’CENT App Wallet users, with hackers stealing over 12.4 million $XRP from more than 7,000 wallets. The incident is now the second-largest XRP theft of 2026.
The attack also affected users holding assets on other blockchains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Stellar($XLM ). Around 6.3 million XRP has reportedly already been moved to Ethereum through cross-chain swaps.
