🚨 BTC IS ABSORBING A MACRO SHOCK — BUT HERE’S THE REAL SIGNAL

The Fed hiked rates to 3.75%–4.00%, while its projections still pointed to at least one more hike in 2026.

Then the 10Y Treasury yield surged toward 5.17%. 📈

That’s where the Bitcoin story gets interesting.

Higher rates → higher yields → tighter financial conditions → more expensive leverage → less liquidity chasing risk.

And BTC sits right in the middle of that liquidity channel.

So Bitcoin doesn’t necessarily need a crypto-specific bearish catalyst to sell off. When yields reprice higher, the macro discount rate itself can become the catalyst.

That’s why I’m watching what happens after the Fed move more than the headline itself:

If yields remain elevated, Bitcoin may have to fight the macro backdrop before the next clean risk-on move.
