Something woke this one up. Daily volume was under $1M for most of September, since Sep 22 it runs $12M to $62M a day. Yesterday it broke the 0.0134 top from Sep 23 and printed 0.01434, the highest since early July.
Now it is back near the breakout. I want 0.0134 to hold as the floor.
