The latest 15m chart shows an explosive change in structure.
RARE initially traded around $0.0135–$0.0145 before making its first push toward $0.018.
That move faded, and price spent several hours ranging between roughly $0.0155 and $0.018.
Then came the real breakout.
RARE surged from around $0.016 to $0.0236, nearly 47%, with very little interruption.
So far, the pullback has been surprisingly limited, with price still holding near $0.023.
For me, $0.0225–$0.0230 is now the immediate support zone.
If it holds, $0.0236 remains the first breakout level. A clean move and acceptance above it could put $0.025–$0.026 into focus.
If $0.0225 fails, $0.0195–$0.0200 becomes much more important.
I wouldn't automatically call this FOMO or attribute the rally to a specific catalyst without volume, flow and news confirmation.

$0.0236 stopped it for now.
