$DOGE is starting to catch some attention again.
Price is up around 5% to $0.096, while whales have reportedly added about $9M in long positions.
What caught my eye is analyst Tardigrade’s longer-term target of $3, but that only really comes into play if DOGE can first break and hold above the $0.46 area.
