What caught my attention with FARTCOIN is not the green candle after the 13% drop.

It is whether buyers can actually do something with it.

FARTCOIN fell sharply after reaching the upper Bollinger Band during the previous move. Price then started moving toward the middle Bollinger Band which is now becoming the important level to watch.

A green candle can show that sellers are taking a break.

It does not prove that buyers have taken control.

For me the middle band is the first real test.

If FARTCOIN reaches that level and gets rejected then the recent bounce could quickly lose momentum. In that case $0.17 becomes the downside level I would watch.

The accumulation data is also not giving buyers much confirmation.

The Accumulation Distribution indicator remained flat while staying in negative territory. That tells me fresh accumulation has not clearly appeared during this rebound.

The Money Flow Index adds another layer.

MFI has fallen toward 53. It is still above the neutral 50 area but the direction is moving lower.

That is important because a move below 50 would suggest that buying pressure is weakening further.

Then there is the perpetual market.

The Long Short Ratio favored shorts on roughly seven of the ten exchanges shown. That does not tell us exactly how much capital is short but it does show that short positioning is fairly widespread across the displayed markets.

This creates an interesting setup.

If FARTCOIN reclaims the middle Bollinger Band and holds it then the green candle starts looking more meaningful.

If price reaches the band and sellers reject it again then the bounce could simply be a pause inside the larger decline.

The $0.17 area would become much more important in that case.

I would not chase the green candle here.

The cleaner signal for me is the reaction around the middle Bollinger Band.

FARTCOIN does not need another big candle right now.

It needs to prove that buyers can reclaim a level that sellers are currently defending.

Until that happens the rebound looks possible but conviction is still missing.
