Many traders look at a chart as something static. I see it differently. Think of the chart like a living thing. It moves, pauses, rests, breathes, and then moves again.

$BTC made a sharp move from $75K to $87K. The pullback toward $83.5K wasn’t necessarily weakness, it was a reset. It helped flush out overleveraged longs, cool down greed, and bring RSI back from overheated levels.

Now we’re seeing another interesting setup: short positioning is heavily skewed with roughly a 2.5:1 imbalance versus longs.

If $BTC continues holding key support, that crowded short positioning could become fuel for the next leg higher through a short squeeze.

The market doesn’t move in a straight line. Sometimes it needs to breathe before it moves again. Stay patient. Watch the levels. Manage your risk.
