Hello friends, sharing my simple view on this because AI stocks are getting very interesting now.
Honestly, I am bullish on AI for the long term, but I don't think every AI stock can keep going up at the same speed. A lot of expectations are already priced in and If earnings and real business growth don't keep matching those expectations, we can easily see some correction.
For me, the bigger question is what comes after the big AI names. I would rather keep an eye on companies connected to semiconductors, data centres, cloud infrastructure, power and cybersecurity. AI needs all of these things to grow.
I am not saying AI stocks are finished. Far from it. I just think this market needs more selective buying now instead of blindly buying every stock with “AI” in its name.
My view: long-term bullish on AI, but careful on valuations.
