$ZEC — WHY DID THIS $5,103 LOSS HAPPEN?
I held my $ZEC short position for two days, and at one point the unrealized loss was around $3,000. I stayed with my original plan and did not move my stop-loss or take-profit levels.
$ZEC then continued moving against the position while the broader altcoin market weakened, eventually triggering my stop and leaving me with a $5,103 loss.
The unusual strength makes me cautious about chasing this rally. I’ll wait for clearer confirmation and, if the setup appears again, reassess a potential short rather than forcing another entry.
