Futures Trading vs Spot Trading — Halal or Haram? 🤔

I’ve been thinking about the Islamic perspective on crypto trading, especially the difference between Spot and Futures.

In SPOT TRADING ,you actually buy and own the asset. Many Muslims consider this closer to permissible trading, provided the asset and transaction meet Islamic requirements.(i think it's halal in my OPINION )

but FUTURE TRADING is different. It involves contracts based on the future price of an asset, and often includes leverage, funding fees, and other elements that some scholars consider problematic from an Islamic perspective.(I think its haram in my OPTION)

So I want to ask the community:

🔹 Is crypto Spot trading halal in your understanding?
🔹 Is Futures trading haram? If yes, what is the main reason?
🔹 Does leverage itself make a trade impermissible, or does it depend on the structure of the contract?
🔹 Are there any scholars or Islamic finance sources you trust on this topic?
