đ€ AI Stocks: Whatâs Next?
The AI rally is getting harder to ignore. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang recently said Nvidia expects to sell roughly twice as many chips next year as this year, pointing to continued demand for AI computing across industries.
The momentum is spreading beyond Nvidia. AMD recently crossed the $1 trillion market-cap milestone as investors focused on its growing role in AI computing.
But is this a permanent breakout or another short-term surge?
Iâm cautiously bullish on the AI theme, but Iâm watching the spending side closely. AI infrastructure requires enormous capital expenditure, and some analysts warn that the current pace of AI-related investment may not translate into the same level of earnings growth indefinitely.
At the same time, U.S. policy is increasingly focused on expanding AI development. President Trump has announced an âAI Forceâ and highlighted the possibility of AI becoming a major contributor to U.S. economic output.
For me, the key question isnât simply âWill AI grow?â Itâs whether revenue, productivity and real-world AI adoption can keep pace with the massive spending behind the technology.
AI stocks may still have room to growâbut volatility and valuation risk remain part of the trade.
Whatâs your view: đ Bullish or đ» Bearish?
