$AAVE is exhibiting remarkable relative strength in the DeFi sector today. Trading actively in the $136–$138 range, the token is attempting to clear its immediate overhead hurdle following massive fundamental ecosystem updates.

Aave V4 Hits $1B & Institutional Arc Launch
AAVE's long-term thesis is accelerating rapidly due to significant on-chain developments:

Aave V4 deposits have officially crossed the staggering $1 Billion milestone this month. This surge in Total Value Locked (TVL) proves growing user and institutional trust.

Aave V4 is now fully operational on Circle’s institutional-grade 'Arc' blockchain, bringing seamless day-one support for USDC, EURC, and WETH.

Aave Labs has formally submitted a governance proposal to introduce "Custodied Collateral Lending." This will allow institutional players to borrow stablecoins against Bitcoin held securely off-chain at Anchorage Digital Bank.

Plans are officially underway to build a dedicated Real-World Asset (RWA) credit market on Avalanche using Tether’s institutional USA₮ as the primary borrowing asset.

AAVE is currently testing the major $138–$140 zone. If a daily candle closes convincingly above $140, it triggers an extended breakout targeting the major supply vacuum between $151 and $189.

On the downside, near-term buyers have stepped in around the $120–$125 baseline. A breakdown below the key $113.60 support level would temporarily invalidate the bullish continuation setup.

While broader macro shifts and sudden crypto market de-risking can still cause short-term liquidations, AAVE remains one of the healthiest operational protocols in decentralized finance.

Look for spot accumulation or breakout long triggers if the price flips $140 into support. Keep an eye on macro risk parameters and employ tight stop-losses just below the immediate local low.
