CFTC just dropped a bomb: they're moving forward with crypto rules WITHOUT waiting for Congress to pass the CLARITY Act.

Translation? The agency says they already have enough authority to regulate. No more waiting on Senate gridlock.

This is actually bullish for US crypto. Clear rules = institutional money can finally stop sitting on the sidelines.

Regulation is coming one way or another. Better from CFTC (who gets it) than random enforcement actions from agencies that don't.

US crypto framework moving forward regardless of political theater. LFG.
