The market got hit after the Clarity Act failed to move forward in the U.S. Senate but $ARB didn't really follow the broader sell-off.
Instead, it's showing some decent relative strength.
And now the on-chain flows are starting to get interesting too. Not saying anything here, but definitely one I'm watching to see if this strength sticks.
