$VVV : The Unlocks Are Real, But So Is the Demand 👀
Everyone is focused on the token unlocks.
But the price action is telling a different story.
One wallet has been steadily accumulating $VVV from Flowdesk-linked wallets for weeks.
181,249 VVV accumulated
~$3.02M deployed
Average entry: ~$16.69
And so far, that position hasn’t been moved or sold.
At the same time, Sablier-related wallets continue receiving unlocked VVV, while Coinbase recently received another 14.6K VVV (~$365K).
So yes — there is genuine supply hitting the market.
But the positioning underneath this move is what caught my attention.
Open Interest: +120% → $178.96M
24H Volume: +1,010% → $815.32M
Binance L/S: 0.65
OKX L/S: 0.52
Shorts are clearly leaning heavily into the move.
Yet $VVV still pushed from roughly $17.50 toward $26.
That’s the key.
Unlocks create potential sell pressure, but strong demand can absorb that supply.
And when traders aggressively short while price refuses to break down, those shorts can become fuel for the next move.
I’m watching the $22.80–$24.00 zone closely.
If that area holds, another squeeze could develop.
For now, I’d rather follow the momentum than stand in front of it. 🫡
