Eligible users include Owlto users, OWL holders, ARB holders, and Robinhood traders.In particular, OWL users are eligible if they meet any of the following conditions: have participated in Owlto bridging, swapping, contract deployment, daily check-in, or staking activities, or hold more than 100,000 OWL tokens; each wallet can claim the subsidy only once every 24 hours. Robinhood users need to hold more than 10,000 ARB tokens or have traded on the Robinhood Chain, with each wallet eligible for only one claim.
