🚹 QUANTUM TEST ON BITCOIN — AND IT ACTUALLY HIT MAINNET.

This isn’t just a researcher saying “Bitcoin needs quantum protection.”

On August 26, a quantum-safe Bitcoin transaction was successfully mined on Bitcoin mainnet using StarkWare’s QSB approach.

No fork.
No consensus-rule change.

That’s what caught my attention.

The test doesn’t mean Bitcoin is suddenly quantum-proof.

It means something much more interesting:

A quantum-resistant transaction has now been demonstrated on the real Bitcoin network.

So the debate just moved one step forward.

We’re no longer only asking:

“Could Bitcoin protect itself from quantum computers?”

Now it’s:

“Could Bitcoin actually migrate its existing coins to quantum-safe protection if the threat becomes real?”

That second question is where things get REALLY interesting.
