The country attached to the profile must reflect the applicant's genuine residence when the identity flow asks for it. A Brazilian phone prefix, Portuguese interface or Brazil-focused registration page does not replace that declaration.
Can You Sign Up for Binance in Brazil?
Yes. An eligible person who genuinely resides in Brazil can start a personal Binance registration and submit the resulting account for identity verification. The process has three separate outcomes:
Account created: The selected contact or linked sign-in method has been confirmed and the user can access a Binance profile.
Identity verified: Binance has accepted the residence, personal information, document and facial check requested in the account.
Service available: A particular trading feature, BRL route or product is displayed and enabled for that verified profile.
Reaching the first outcome does not establish the other two. New users must complete the verification level shown in their account before accessing Binance services that require KYC.
A Brazil Account Begins With Truthful Residence Details
The registration link does not determine the user's country. Brazil becomes relevant when the applicant selects it as the actual country of residence and provides consistent identity information during verification.
Residence, nationality and the identity document's issuing country answer different questions. A foreign national who lives in Brazil should enter each fact in the field that requests it rather than changing nationality or document origin to make every field say Brazil. Binance may display email, mobile number, Apple, Google or another supported sign-in option depending on the website, app and profile. Select a method that belongs to you and that you expect to control over the long term.
Email: Check the spelling before requesting the code and use an inbox with reliable recovery access.
Mobile number: Select the correct country code and use a number that can receive account messages without depending on another person.
Apple or Google: Remember which external account was linked. Returning with a different provider can make an existing account appear missing.
Another displayed linked method: Follow only the option presented in the genuine Binance interface and retain access to the underlying account.
Temporary email addresses, disposable numbers and work contacts that may be reassigned create avoidable recovery problems. The contact method is an access credential, not proof of Brazilian residence.
How to Create a Binance Account in Brazil
The exact labels may differ slightly between the website and app, but a personal registration follows this sequence:
Open the Binance registration page. Start from a verified Binance entry point and choose the option to create an account. If a Binance account already belongs to you, use login or account recovery instead.
Choose a personal account. Entity registration is a separate route for a legal organization. Select the account type carefully because it cannot simply be converted after registration.

Keep Sign-Up Information Separate From KYC
The sign-up form establishes access credentials. Identity verification establishes who owns the profile and which residence record applies. Mixing the two stages makes it harder to diagnose a rejected code, duplicate account or KYC mismatch.
During registration, expect the flow to focus on the account type, contact method, confirmation code, password and acceptance of the applicable terms. Do Not Create a Second Personal Account to Restart
Binance permits one verified personal account per person. A fresh email address does not create a new identity entitlement when the applicant already has an account or has previously submitted verification information.
If the system says the email address or phone number is already registered, return to the login page. Use password reset or the account-recovery process for the original profile. The Page Returns to Login
The linked email, phone number or external provider may already belong to a Binance account. Attempt to sign in with that same method. If the behavior continues, close stale registration tabs and reopen the genuine entry point before contacting support from the official interface.
Brazil Cannot Be Selected During Verification
