$BTC Breakout ≠ Confirmation
One mistake I see often in crypto is buying the first candle that breaks resistance.
A breakout is only interesting to me when buyers can defend the level afterward.
My simple checklist for $BTC:
• Resistance breaks
• Volume expands
• Price closes above the level
• Retest holds as support
• Momentum remains healthy
If the retest fails, I don't feel bad about missing the trade.
Capital preservation comes before catching every move.
The same structure is worth watching on $ETH and $SOL.
Would you enter the breakout or wait for the retest?
