TermMax S1 just went live — the fixed-rate DeFi protocol that made it into Yzi Labs EASY Residency S3.

This season directly affects your future $TMX allocation, so here's the breakdown (because their rulebook is way too long).

Currently invite-only. Think of it as RPG mechanics: real interactions = ranking = weekly earnings. Items and guilds = buffs.

Two reward types:
- Tico (points/salary coin)
- AC (ancient coin — ties to future $TMX conversion rights)

Core loop:
1. Interact on TermMax → boost 5 ratings
2. Earn weekly Tico
3. Spend Tico on Boosts, fragments, guild banners
4. Amplify future contributions
5. Compete for bigger share next week

Five scoring dimensions:
Lending, Borrowing, Vault, Options, Engagement (content recognized by Mindshare).

Ratings go S to E — relative ranking vs all players, not absolute thresholds.

Each dimension has a fixed weekly Tico pool. Your share = your effective contribution / total contribution. Sum across all five = your weekly payout.

This is massive PVP. Want to farm efficiently? Pick less crowded lanes.

Key details:
- Position scoring = capital size × hold time. Rapid deposit/withdraw doesn't count.
- Daily check-in exists. Miss one = reset to zero.
- Dual Investment counts toward Options, not Vault.

There's more nuance — feed the full rules to an AI if you're serious about optimizing.
