@Dusk I'm watching Dusk Network with a different kind of curiosity. Privacy sounds powerful on paper, especially when financial applications are involved, but I've learned not to fall in love with a narrative before the blockchain gives me a reason to.
What I'm really looking at is the behavior underneath the story. Are transactions happening consistently? Are active users returning? Are fees and protocol revenue growing because people actually need the network? Or am I simply seeing a temporary burst of activity that looks impressive for a short time?
I've seen this pattern before in crypto. A strong narrative can pull attention in quickly, but attention can disappear just as quickly. Incentives can create activity, yet the real test comes when those incentives become less important. That's when I want to see whether users still have a reason to stay.
I'm also questioning the role of DUSK itself. If the ecosystem grows, I want to understand whether the token becomes genuinely necessary rather than simply benefiting from market excitement.
I don't want to chase a story because everyone suddenly cares about it. I prefer following the ledger instead of social media narratives. I'm waiting for consistent daily usage, organic demand, healthier revenue, and evidence that activity is becoming sustainable.
For me, that's where the real Dusk story begins. Hype can open the door, but only real usage can keep it open.
