لماذا ؟؟؟

تدخل الخزانه الامريكيه في سوق السندات بعد الصعود التاريخي لعوائد السندات ( معناه ان الدوله تقترض بتكلفه اعلي ) وبالتالي التدخل للتهدئة يصيب المستثمرين بالقلق ( معناه كيف سيتم تغطيه عمليات الشراء وسط الارتفاع التاريخي للديون تعدت 40 تريليون $ الا بواسطه مزيد من طباعه النقود )

ومع ارتفاع معدلات التضخم

هناك فرق بين “رفع الفائدة” و”العوائد الحقيقية”.

الذهب يتأثر بدرجة كبيرة بـ العائد الحقيقي Real Yield، وليس بسعر الفائدة الاسمي وحده.

مثال مبسط:

إذا رفع الفيدرالي الفائدة من 4% إلى 4.25%، لكن المستثمرين توقعوا تضخمًا أعلى أو ضعفًا أكبر للدولار، فقد لا يرتفع العائد الحقيقي بالقدر الكافي لإجبار المستثمرين على بيع الذهب

العائد الحقيقي ↑ + الدولار ↑ = ضغط قوي على الذهب

أما:

الفائدة ↑ + الدولار ↓ + مخاوف مالية ↑ = الذهب يمكن أن يستمر في الصعود

Gold futures contracts rise and break the highest price during 2026 during today's session (until the time of writing the post)

Why???

The The American Treasury intervention in the bond market after the historical rise in bond yields (meaning that the state borrows at a higher cost) and thus the intervention to calm down worries investors (meaning how purchases will be covered amid the historical rise in debts that exceeded $40 trillion except through more money printing)

With high inflation rates

There is a difference between “raising interest rates” and “real returns”.

Gold is largely influenced by Real Yield, not by the nominal interest rate alone.

Simplified example:

If the Fed raises the interest rate from 4% to 4.25%, but investors expect higher inflation or greater weakness for the dollar, the real return may not rise enough to force investors to sell gold

Real return ↑ + dollar ↑ = strong pressure on gold

As for:

Interest ↑ + Dollar ↓ + Financial Concerns ↑ = Gold Could Continue To Rise

Investors turned to gold to protect the value of their money
