gm. someone in a group chat asked me if fork coins are basically zombie chains, and BCH's own news feed answered that better than i could.

a developer just warned that selling BIP-110 fork coins can trigger replay attacks on Bitcoin. that's the exact mess that came out of $BCH's original split, and it's still live for anyone moving old fork coins around like plain BTC.

at the same time $BCH perps are going regulated, legacy forks are landing on real derivatives screens now. a chain people wrote off years ago is getting proper trading infrastructure built under it, and the price backs it up, BCH sat near $251 two months back and it's printing $294.57 now.

a coin can be getting safer to trade on regulated venues and still be carrying unresolved risk from its own fork history. i don't think those two facts cancel out, i think that's just where BCH actually is.
