Dusk doesn't need another RWA token. It needs market activity.
I keep coming back to Dusk Trade because the interesting part isn't getting an asset issued. That's the easy headline.
The harder question is what happens after onboarding.
If a user can get through onboarding, bind a wallet, complete a controlled transfer and eventually settle an asset, that's useful. But those steps only matter if people actually repeat them.
Dusk is targeting a huge European SME market, with roughly 24M SMEs often cited across Europe. Even a tiny fraction becoming active participants would matter more than another batch of tokenized assets sitting untouched.
That's where I'd watch the numbers.
Not just how many assets are issued.
How many are actually traded?
How often do transfers happen?
How much settles?
Does the same market generate activity again 30 or 60 days later?
Because a regulated RWA platform can look busy from the outside while the underlying market stays quiet.
Dusk Trade's workflow makes sense to me. The unresolved part is whether that workflow creates enough repeated activity to become a market rather than just infrastructure for issuing assets.
That's probably the metric I'd care about most after launch...
