Everyone talks about DUSK staking like the reward is the whole story
I think that misses the interesting part. Theres no fixed return sitting there waiting for you. Rewards depend on how actively your provisioner participates in consensus and how much active stake you have relative to the network. Direct staking also requires at least 1,000 $DUSK with activation normally taking around 6–12 hours. But heres what caught me. Your stake is not just sitting there collecting yield. It helps put your provisioner into the machinery that proposes, validates and ratifies blocks. So I would look at DUSK staking differently. Not: “What APR am I getting???” But: “What is actually generating that reward??” Because a yield number can change overnight. The mechanism behind it tells you what you are really being paid for.
