Doing a task cross referencing Dusk's roadmap page against actual mainnet changelogs and something about the gap kept nagging at me…
The roadmap lists Hyperstaking, Zedger, Lightspeed and Dusk Pay as the next phase after mainnet. Pulled this from the latest public roadmap doc this week mainnet itself has been live for a while now that part's not in question.
But here's the thing "regulated DeFi hub" reads like a current description when really it's a destination. Zedger's meant to handle confidential asset transfers at the security-token layer Lightspeed is about scaling throughput. Hyperstaking reworks how delegation works. Fine on paper. What's actually shipped versus what's still spec or testnet is a different question for each one and the site doesn't always make that distinction obvious at a glance.
Snack break thought half my time went into just figuring out which item was live versus "in progress" versus conceptual.
I went in expecting a single unified "post mainnet phase two" launch. Came out realizing it's really several separate builds moving at separate speeds.
How much of the roadmap is actually sequenced dependency versus just... a list?
