美國7月CPI、PPI及零售銷售數據全面走軟，疊加就業降溫，市場對聯儲局9月加息概率從75%驟降至25%，推動全球股市連續三週上漲。然而，油價仍處高位，美債收益率曲線陡化，債市長端持續爲通脹與財政赤字定價，兩週後傑克遜霍爾會議將成關鍵風向標。
美國通脹數據意外降溫，疊加就業與消費走軟，本週市場對聯儲局9月加息的押注急劇退潮，但債券市場長端的異常信號、油價飆升以及鷹派官員的堅持，正在向這一"暫停敘事"發出挑戰。

9月加息概率從7月下旬的75%驟降至約25%，帶動全球股市連續第三週上漲，美股主要指數維持歷史高位附近。

AI基礎設施相關業績持續強勁，爲科技股提供了額外支撐，令權益市場暫時得以忽視油價衝擊與債市長端的警告音。

然而，伊朗/霍爾木茲海峽危機推動布倫特原油周內漲幅接近6%，逼近90美元/桶；美國30年期國債標售收益率觸及25年來最高水平。

股市在歡呼"聯儲局轉向"，債市長端卻在爲通脹與財政赤字定價——兩套邏輯並行，誰對誰錯，可能是今年下半年最重要的交易命題。

通脹降溫，9月加息預期崩塌

本週宏觀面的最大驅動來自一系列偏軟的美國數據：

7月CPI環比僅上漲約0.1%，同比約3.4%，核心通脹壓力繼續溫和回落；

7月PPI環比持平，低於預期；

7月零售銷售環比下滑0.6%，創逾一年最大單月降幅，大幅不及市場預期的小幅上漲，汽車、油價及若干時間性因素均構成拖累。

疊加上週已公佈的非農就業數據（減少2.3萬人並遭下修），軟數據組合使市場對聯儲局近期加息的預期全面瓦解，抹去了沃什接任聯儲局主席以來積累的全部鷹派溢價。

Dusk’s reported €300M+ in institutional assets is worth looking at less as a headline and more as a test of whether blockchain infrastructure can actually accommodate regulated finance.

What matters is the infrastructure required for institutional assets to function onchain in practice.

Who is eligible to hold an asset? Which information should remain private? What does an auditor or regulator need to verify? And how can settlement remain deterministic without exposing every position, balance and counterparty?

Dusk is attempting to address those constraints at protocol level.

DuskDS provides deterministic finality, settlement and data availability, while Citadel adds identity and access infrastructure. Developers can build with DuskVM or DuskEVM for EVM-compatible applications. Privacy is also built into the architecture through zero-knowledge technology and selective disclosure.

Then there is XSC — Dusk’s Confidential Security Contract standard. Its relevance becomes clearer when the asset is a regulated security with eligibility conditions, controlled transfers and rules that must remain enforceable without exposing information.

That is the harder problem tokenization has to solve.

Issuing an asset onchain is one milestone. Supporting investor eligibility, ownership controls, disclosure, corporate actions and settlement through a functioning financial workflow is another milestone.

And this is where I would be cautious about the €300M+ figure. The more meaningful question is what happens after issuance: does activity translate into recurring markets, liquidity, applications and sustained institutional demand?

If Dusk can move from issuing regulated assets onchain to supporting financial activity that institutions reliably keep using, the infrastructure thesis becomes much more interesting.

For @Dusk progress may ultimately be measured not by how much value reaches the network once, but by how much real financial activity keeps coming back.
