🚨 Binance Big Update – Guys, Let Me Explain What This Really Means 🔥🔥
I just came across this Binance update and I know many of you might be confused, so let me explain it in a simple way.
this is a serious shift because Binance is preparing to become a regulated platform under Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), which means stricter rules and more safety for users.
Binance is splitting its work into three different companies:
• Nest Services Limited (the current one)
• Nest Clearing and Custody Limited
• Nest Trading Limited
Binance is saying that from 5 January 2026, some of your services, positions, and terms will automatically move under these new companies as part of the restructuring.
I’m expecting updates to the Privacy Notice too, because each of these companies will manage your data separately based on what service you’re using.
And guys, if you press “Agree & Continue” — or even if you close and just keep using Binance — it means you agree to these new changes and the new structure.
