$BTC Technical Analysis — Key Levels to Watch This Week 📊
Bitcoin is trading around the $76.5K–$80K zone after a sharp pullback driven by hotter-than-expected U.S. PPI data and ETF outflows. Price is sitting at a decisive technical junction — and the next 48–72 hours will likely set the tone for the rest of the month.
Here’s the map I’m trading:
🔮 Key Resistance
‱ $80,600 — 38.2% Fibonacci retracement (first reclaim target)
‱ $82,000 — 200-day SMA (the bull/bear line)
‱ $85,000 — psychological + heavy supply zone
🟱 Key Support
‱ $79,500 — recent swing low (must hold)
‱ $78,000 — liquidation cluster
‱ $75,000–$76,000 — last line of defense before structural breakdown
📈 Two Scenarios I’m Watching
Bullish: Daily close above $80,600 flips short-term momentum. That opens the path to a 200-SMA retest at $82K, and a clean break above gives bulls room toward $85K.
Bearish: Loss of $79,500 on volume triggers stop-runs into $78K, with $75K as the magnet. RSI is already deeply oversold (~29 on the daily), so a relief bounce is possible — but oversold can stay oversold in macro-driven selloffs.
⚙ My Bias: Cautiously neutral. The structure is bearish below $80K, but oversold readings + a clean horizontal support at $79.5K give bulls a setup to defend. I’m waiting for confirmation, not catching falling knives.
🎯 Trigger to act: Daily close above $80,600 = long bias. Daily close below $79,500 = short bias. Anything in between = noise.
