A hacker behind the recent exploit on Renegade has returned 90% of the stolen assets from its Arbitrum dark pool.
The attack initially drained nearly $209K worth of 27 different ERC-20 tokens.
Renegade later sent an onchain message offering the exploiter a 10% whitehat bounty in exchange for returning the remaining funds and avoiding legal consequences.
Shortly after, the hacker returned around $190K, claiming the decision was made to help protect DeFi users.
