The event follows an over-subscription model, where allocation is proportional to each user’s BNB deposit relative to total participation.Allocation Phase:Once the subscription closes, users can claim their allocated tokens via the [Assets] tab. These tokens are non-tradable until the project’s official TGE, and any unused BNB is automatically refunded.Trading Phase:After launch, the tokens become tradable on Binance Alpha, enabling participants to engage in open market trading. Some campaigns may also introduce Prime Sale Keys, stored in the user’s wallet as proof of successful participation. These keys are non-transferable and hold no monetary value.Benefits of the Pre-TGE Prime SaleAccess to Mature Projects: Participants gain early entry to well-developed blockchain projects that have traditionally been exclusive to private investors.Verified User Participation: The program connects vetted Binance Wallet users with legitimate projects to foster genuine ecosystem engagement.Fair and Transparent Distribution: The over-subscription model ensures proportional allocation and transparent fund handling.Larger Sale Opportunities: The Prime Sale model enables higher allocation limits and broader participation.Seamless Integration with Binance Alpha: Users can trade their allocations as soon as the project’s token officially lists.Expanding Access to Institutional-Grade ProjectsThe Pre-TGE Prime Sale Edition strengthens Binance Wallet’s position as a gateway for early-stage token participation, particularly as Web3 projects mature and seek regulated, high-quality distribution platforms.By focusing on accessibility, transparency, and verified user engagement, Binance Wallet aims to make institutional-grade opportunities available to a global audience.
