I Think SIGN’s Real Edge Is Making Trust Work More Than Once
I keep noticing something most people in crypto don’t talk about enough. We focus heavily on verification, as if proving something once is the final goal. But the more I observe how systems actually behave, the more I feel that verification alone doesn’t solve the real problem.
I see the friction appear after that moment.
Every time a credential moves, I find that it gets questioned again. I have to reconsider the issuer, the context, and how much weight I should give it. Even when something is technically verifiable, I still hesitate before relying on it. That hesitation is where time and efficiency quietly disappear.
I think this is where SIGN starts to stand out to me.
I am less interested in how it creates attestations and more interested in whether it reduces the need for me to rethink them every time. If I can trust something once and carry that confidence forward, then trust starts to behave differently. I don’t just verify it, I reuse it.
That shift matters more than it seems.
Because I believe systems don’t scale when truth is proven. They scale when I no longer feel the need to question that truth again.
