ہم اپنی آنے والی نسلوں کو بتائیں گے کہ ہم نے وہ دور بھی دیکھا جب ایک 86 سالہ ضعیف العمر رہنما اکیلا کھڑا رہا، شہید ہو گیا، مگر ظالموں کے آگے سر نہ جھکایا۔
یہ کوئی سپر پاور امریکہ نہیں تھا جو اس کے سامنے کھڑا ہوا، بلکہ صرف اللہ کی قدرت تھی جس نے اسے ہر خطرے کا مقابلہ کرنے کی ہمت دی۔ اس نے اپنی قوم اور ملک کے لیے اصول، ایمان اور حوصلے کے ساتھ دشمنوں کا مقابلہ کیا۔
اللہ تعالیٰ اس عظیم انسان کو شہادت کی بلند درجات عطا فرمائے، اس کی میراث کو زندہ رکھے، اور دشمنوں پر فتح نصیب کرے۔ آمین۔
