In total, I’ve lost over \$45k USDT in my trading journey, with \$25k of that in just the past 12 months.
How I dealt with such a big loss:
* Accept it for what it is — a loss.
* Let go and keep moving forward.
Right now, I’m rebuilding confidence by starting small before going big again. My current challenge is turning \$7 into \$100, then \$100 into \$1,000.
My best run was in September 2021 when I grew \$2,700 into \$55,000 in a week, ranking among the top 10 by PnL.
Note: These figures are only for my #Binance account. Across Bybit, Bitmex, OKX, Gate, and MEXC, my total losses over the past 4 years exceed \$120k.
