I Stopped Watching Forex News.
Then I started Marking Better Crypto Trades

I used to check USD/JPY, DXY, Fed speeches, inflation data… everything.

Thought if I knew what the dollar was doing, I'd know what Bitcoin would do.

Sounds smart, right?

📍 WRONG.

I was wasting hours. Getting confused. Overtrading based on news that didn't even matter to my actual trades.

Then one day I asked myself: "Does this news change my 6-month plan?"

Answer was almost always NO.

📍 SO I STOPPED.

No more 3 AM Fed meeting watching.

No more panic when USD/JPY moves 0.2%.

No more "experts" telling me the world is ending because of a currency pair I don't even trade.

📍 WHAT CHANGED?

I focused on my actual trades. My risk management. My patience.

And guess what? My portfolio stopped caring about USD/JPY.

Because unless you're trading forex or leverage… that news is just noise.

📍 MY ADVICE

Watch the news. But don't let it trade for you.

USD/JPY hit 157 today? Okay.

Does it change your Bitcoin buy at 75k? Probably not.

Zoom out. Breathe. Stick to your plan.
