أعلنت منصة بينانس عن شطب عملة Pax Dollar (USDP) المستقرة، بعد أن أخفقت في تلبية متطلبات المنصة عقب مراجعتها الدورية الأخيرة. ستتوقف جميع أزواج تداول USDP الفورية عن العمل في 24 سبتمبر 2026 الساعة 03:00 بتوقيت غرينتش.
إلغاء الأوامر المعلقة:
سيتم إلغاء أوامر التداول الفورية القائمة تلقائياً بعد توقف التداول. ويُعد هذا القرار لافتاً كون USDP، وهي عملة مستقرة مرتبطة بالدولار تصدرها شركة Paxos، كانت تُعتبر تقليدياً أحد البدائل المنظّمة في صناعة العملات المستقرة.
لم تحدد بينانس مخالفة بعينها أدت إلى هذا القرار، بل أعادت التأكيد على المعايير التي تعتمدها عند مراجعة العملات المدرجة، مثل حجم التداول والسيولة، ونشاط التطوير، وأمان الشبكة، والمتطلبات القانونية، وشفافية المشاريع، واقتصاديات العملة (Tokenomics)، ومزاج المجتمع تجاهها.

تحويل الأرصدة المتبقية:
أوضحت بينانس أنه اعتباراً من 25 نوفمبر، قد يتم تحويل أرصدة المستخدمين المتبقية من USDP إلى عملات مستقرة أخرى في نهاية المطاف، لكنها أكدت أن هذا التحويل غير مضمون. وفي حال تعذّر التحويل، قد تظل عمليات السحب ممكنة حسب ظروف الشبكة.
دلالة القرار:
لا يعني الشطب أن Paxos توقفت عن دعم العملة أو أن USDP فقدت غطاءها الدولاري؛ فالأمر يعكس فقط قرار بينانس بوقف دعمها وفقاً لمعاييرها الداخلية للإدراج. مع ذلك، فإن فقدان التوزيع عبر بينانس أمر مهم، إذ تُعد السيولة والتكامل مع المنصات وسهولة التحويل عناصر أساسية للعملات المستقرة، وقد يؤدي إبعاد USDP عن إحدى أكبر منصات التداول في القطاع إلى تراجع إمكانية الوصول إليها، وربما يزيد من تركّز النشاط حول بدائل أكثر شيوعاً مثل USDT وUSDC.

Binance has announced that it will delist Pax Dollar ( $USDP ) following its latest periodic review. All USDP spot trading pairs will stop trading on September 24, 2026, at 03:00 UTC.
The decision is notable because USDP is a USD-pegged stablecoin issued by Paxos and has historically been positioned as a regulated alternative in the stablecoin market.
Binance did not identify one specific violation behind the delisting. Instead, the exchange highlighted its broader listing-review criteria, including trading volume, liquidity, development activity, network security, legal compliance, transparency, tokenomics and community sentiment.
The impact extends beyond spot trading. Binance Margin is scheduled to delist USDP on September 11 at 06:00 UTC, while other Binance services will also gradually stop supporting the asset. Simple Earn support ends on September 17, with remaining positions automatically redeemed and transferred to users' Spot Accounts.
Important USDP Deadlines
September 24: Spot trading ends
September 25: USDP deposits will no longer be credited
November 24: Standard withdrawals remain available until 03:00 UTC
After November 25: Remaining USDP balances may potentially be converted into other stablecoins, although Binance says conversion is not guaranteed.
Importantly, Binance's delisting does not mean Paxos has stopped supporting USDP or that USDP has lost its dollar backing. It is a Binance platform decision based on its internal listing criteria.
However, losing access to a major exchange can still be significant for a stablecoin. Exchange liquidity, integrations and easy conversion options are important for maintaining accessibility and adoption.
This could further strengthen the position of larger stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, as users and liquidity may increasingly concentrate around the most widely supported alternatives.
