Honestly, I'm deeply disappointed with Binance 😞
Since September 15th, my account has been flagged as "risk" and blocked from participating in every single activity and promotion on the platform. No prior warning. No clear explanation. Just a sudden wall.
I've been a loyal Binance user for a long time. I took part in campaigns seriously, followed the rules, and genuinely believed in this platform. I recommended it to friends. I defended it when others doubted it. And this is how it ends: being treated like a number in a system, with no one willing to actually look at my case.
I did everything I was supposed to do. I submitted appeals. I explained my situation. I offered to provide any evidence needed. I waited patiently. And every time, I got the same copy-paste response. Not a single answer that addressed my case, not a single detail about what I supposedly did wrong. How can anyone defend themselves when they aren't even told what they're being accused of?
It's been weeks now, and the feeling of helplessness hasn't gone away. It's not just about the promotions. It's about trust. It's about feeling like the platform you supported for so long doesn't care to hear your side at all.
I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm only asking for a fair, human review of my account.
If anyone in the community has been through something similar and managed to get the risk flag removed, or knows an official channel where cases like this get a proper second look, I'd be truly grateful for any guidance. 🙏
